A Wedding Loft at AWL Creative is a unique event venue in the heart of downtown Leesburg, and hosts everything from bridal/baby showers to corporate retreats. AWL Creative’s Event Associate role is the primary, day-of point of contact for all private events, reporting directly to the Events Manager. This is a part-time, weekend, hourly, in-person position.
ResponsibilitiesThe Event Associate will oversee all private events that are hosted at AWL Creative. This position will be responsible for letting the event hosts and their vendors into the space, being accessible throughout the event should they need anything, and cleaning up the space post-event. This is not an event planning or event coordinating role.

RequirementsMust be able to work weekends. This position is weekends-only; Shifts are dependent upon scheduled events.
Must provide own transportation. This position will work in our physical downtown Leesburg building and must be able to physically come into work. Please Note: Due to the historic nature of our building, we are not ADA-accessible.
This is an hourly position.
